The U.S. typically consumes oil and gas at a rate which is well beyond domestic production capacity. The increasing demand for the consumption of oil and gas both domestically and worldwide is placing a greater strain on the worlds dwindling supply.

There are two major sectors within the oil industry: "Upstream" which is the process of exploring and extracting oil and gas and "Downstream" which refers to the process of refining and distribution.

Companies involved in the upstream oil and gas business include exploration, production, drilling/work over rigs and other oilfield service companies.

Prior to commencing any project we complete an engineering study to determine the most prudent methods to extract the hydrocarbons. From the design of the drilling and completion of a new well or the engineering required for secondary recovery our engineers perform extensive diligence to determine if the project has the potential to fit our financial profile.

Domestic is actively pursuing acquisition within the upstream market and/or joint venture opportunities where our technical expertise may be utilized.
