Mr. Williamson received his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy in 1974 and began oil and gas career with Petty - Ray Geophysical and later with Exxon Company U.S.A. During the early 90's he was a Principal of Petroleum Listing Services which provided the industry with complete property divestiture services. He has been a registered operator in the state of Texas for over 16 years. During his 15 years as president, Reef Oil Co., operated, drilled or caused the drilling of wells in Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Oklahoma.

Stephen Kenne
Mr. Kenne began his career in 1974 as a petroleum engineer for Getty Oil & Gas Inc. Prior to Texaco acquiring Getty Mr. Kenne had taken on the responsibilities of Gulf Coast Engineering and Operations. His skills as a negotiator and business man were finely honed during his tenure at O'Sullivan and Scully. Kenne Exploration Inc. was founded in 1988 and has earned the respect of industry for his engineering expertise and his diligence in operations. Mr. Kenne either through Kenne Exploration Inc or Domestic Energy Development Inc. shall be in charge of all operations.

Dr. Barbara Radovich
Dr. Radovich has 28 years of worldwide experience in 2D and 3D seismic and well log sequence stratigraphy of clastics and carbonates, fluvial to deepwater settings, and regional basin to reservoir scales of investigation. She is a proven oil-finder, having developed interpretations leading to major discoveries in the deepwater offshore Nigeria for which she received Texaco’s highest research award. She is a recognized speaker on the integration of 3D seismic attribute and visualization techniques within a framework of sequence stratigraphic architectures, especially in margin to deepwater settings. Her experience covers over 40 areas around the world including East and West Africa, South America, Mediterranean, Gulf of Mexico, North Sea and Southeast Asia.

J. W. "Jay" Petrus.
Mr. Petrus is a Certified Petroleum Land man with over 25 years of experience negotiating leases with landowners in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. As a C.P.L for companies like ARCO, Phillips Petroleum Company and Union Pacific Resources Company Mr. Petrus responsibilities included title work on leases and negotiating acquisitions with companies of similar size.
Senior Geologist, Gulf Coast
James G Sorrels.
Mr. Sorrels has over 28 years of direct experience geologically mapping Gulf Coast Sands. His expertise as a reservoir geologist and log analyst add the critical elements in the interpretation of our 3-D seismic data. His work has resulted in the drilling of over 80 wells within our area of interest; most of these wells were drilled on his subsurface mapping, with little or no seismic data available. Mr. Sorrels is a member of the AAPG, HGS & SPWLA.

Rich Purtell
Mr. Purtell has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career began with Chevron Oil Company. During his tenure with Chevron he was involved in exploration on a worldwide basis. He joined ARCO Oil and Gas Company in 1981 working in the Plano, Texas Research Facility where he was Manager and Director of Geophysical Operations in support of both domestic and international exploration. Mr. Purtell was responsible for project implementation, technical development, budget and contract negotiations and awards for domestic exploration operations as well as support functions for ARCO International. He was active in environmental and government affairs as related to geophysical and exploration activity in the U.S. In 1993 ARCO founded Vastar Resources, Inc. Mr. Purtell was assigned to Vastar where he was a significant contributor to the fledgling company’s numerous exploration successes. He was responsible for the development and implementation of all 3-D seismic projects conducted by Vastar. He is well known and respected in the industry for his broad base of knowledge in the oil and gas industry. As a recognized contributor to the industry he as been invited to serve on many industry steering committees related to the technical, environmental and governmental affairs aspects of the petroleum industry.

Tom Pellegrini
Mr. Pellegrini has been a consulting geologist and geophysics since 1984 his expertise include prospect generation and evaluation, regional mapping, geophysical modeling, onshore and offshore Gulf Coast utilizing 2D and or 3D seismic data. Mr. Pellegrini began his career with Gulf Oil Company in 1976 utilizing seismic data and subsurface date for the regional subsurface mapping for prospect generation along the Texas Gulf Coast on shore and offshore. His in depth knowledge of this area was further enhanced with his duties at Superior Oil Company where he used geophysical modeling to further develop and extend existing fields.
